By requesting a verification code, you consent to receive one-time passcodes via SMS from CookieJar. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please report any unauthorized access immediately.

CookieJar retains all rights to platform materials, including design, branding, and proprietary technology. Independent game developers retain ownership of their games while granting CookieJar a license to distribute their content on the platform.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CookieJar makes no guarantees regarding uptime, security, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

CookieJar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.
